How can I become a Certified Instructor?Individuals who would like to be recognized by HDI as qualified to train the HDI official curriculum materials will require the following:
Pass the HDI certification test for the relevant course you look to teach at Higher Mastery level. (90% or more) Resume (CV – Curriculum Vitae) that clearly contains statements that support that you have the qualifications and experience to be a Instructor and a completed copy of the certified Instructor application form to HDI.
Experience will include either a minimum of one year of training experience; or other training experience that includes a minimum of five reviews of courses that you have taught to external organizations.
You should have experience of training in 'soft skills', particularly in developing an individual's attitudes towards customer service.'Technical skills' (Comptia A+ is a similar level) are also required.
Training qualifications are recognized and expected.
