Mrs. Dalia El Gendyholds a BSc from the University of Alexandria. She has over 15 years of experience, working with Regional Organizations as Finance and Human Resource Professional.
Mrs. El Gendy has a great passion about Personnel, talent acquisition, talent development and Career Development, complementing her financial background.
Mrs. El Gendy’ responsibilities and experience include; Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, performance appraisals and quality management issues. In addition to the management of all financial resources and transactions Mrs. El Gendy’ Experience in the accounts and finance helped many organizations maintain a cost-effective benefit plans and other benefits that the organization may offer its employees and potential employees with the goal of attracting and retaining qualified individuals. She used to oversee, expenditure, purchasing and payroll activities for staff, establishing and maintaining appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development. This included monitoring, measuring and reporting HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales. She was also in-charge of managing relationships with financial service providers, monitoring banking activities and managing and control expenditure within agreed budgets.
Mrs. El Gendy used to be a key player in Strategic Planning, and formulating long-term business plans and she was in charge of developing finance models and channels, assessing the financial implications of new or existing ventures and conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities as well as monitoring the cash flow and manages collections |

Moustafa Kadous is an internationally recognized IT Services and support industry expert who has more than 15 years of experience working with major multinational and government organizations throughout the Middle East and Africa. He has directed numerous training projects and workshops ranging from software development, Documents Management systems, and imaging solutions, to training and consultation. Kadous has trained and certified more than 3000 key industry leaders and service pioneers in the private and public sectors, including industry professionals with Saudi Aramco, Sabic, Etisalat, Dubai Chamber, The Executive Council of Dubai, Emirates Post, ITIDA, Orascom, Mobinil, Emirates Bank, Bank of Bahrain & Kuwait, Banque de Caire, Unilever, Halliburton, the US Navy, and many others.
As one of only eight certified HDI Support Center Certification (SCC) auditors in the world, Kadous conducts Support Center Certification audits and Support Center Maturity Assessments and guides organizations through the processes related to organizational maturity based upon service management best practices.
Kadous is certified by leading organizations and holds global certifications, including HDI’s Customer Support Specialist, Support Center Analyst, Support Center Team Lead and Support Center Manager. He is the only Master Certified Instructor for the HDI Train-the-Trainer certification programs in the region. In addition, he is A+ Certified from CompTIA, Microsoft Office Specialist, and ITIL Foundations and is an authorized instructor for accrediting ICP program trainers.
Based upon his commanding presence as HDI’s Authorized Training Partner in the MEA marketplace, Kadous launched HDI-Middle East and Africa, the first member-based organization serving the region, in 2006. Under his thoughtful leadership, HDI-MEA is dedicated to increasing the community’s knowledge about the IT service and support profession and propelling the industry forward. |
